Stuffed peppers

I tried to post this morning and it didn't work so this is another attempt. The stuffed peppers were mild compared to the chili I made last night with the leftover guts...
Something I learned while working the cafe in Gackle. How to turn yesterday's special into today's soup. They are still doing it at the Capitol Cafe in the Capitol Building where my office is on the sixth floor. I don't like it up there, too far from fresh air, but oh well...
If this post works, I am going to share a video with my new toy... oh boy, look out.
