Snowing in Des Moines

Believe it or not. It was snowing this morning in Des Moines as we toured the farmers market. The vegetables were covered with snow... yep. snow. We went on our bike tour anyway and it was a blast. We saw some very cool things. Sculptures in downtown, the Capitol building and of course toured a winery. I have already met some very cool people. Tonite there's registration and tomorrow we begin plenaries and workshops. It's a long time to be gone, but the rooms are nice and the people all have the common goal of "FOOD".
