Busy

It has been a busy busy couple of weeks. Las Vegas was a blast. It would have been more fun if JC didn't have to work so hard, but I did enjoy the sunshine and lights. HOWEVER> The very first thing I said when I got off the plane, is "wow does our air smell wonderful, even if it was cold."

When I came back, it was time to work in the garden. The potatoes were enormous. One plant produced three potatoes of such great size, we are thinking we must take photos. OF course, this year will be an experiment in keeping root vegetables in our crawl space.

I left the Kale. It's a beautiful green with purple tinged leaves.... however, I just don't have time to cook or deal with it. I'm leave for a conference and JC will be home alone... eating leftover chili and licorice. Someday I'm going to catch up with school work, moving Adam, Christmas gifts and my stressful job. Wow. I'll try and keep up when I'm gone this weekend. I had a few soapbox moments... when I remember them, I'll share.
