Well, this week my first two classes begin. I am also on my way to Canada for a crop tour. In the meantime, the sun is up and it is extraordinary out there today. I've already heard the geese overhead, the hummingbird has visited the feeder and a mother turkey, followed by her 8 babies, shooed off a deer or two. Of course, once she passed with her brood, the deer walked into the yard and started trimming the grass. We watched as the sun came out from behind the horizon clouds and lit them up -- it would have made an awesome photo, however, as usual, I was not in the position to take a photo, I had just gotten up.
So we are off this morning, skipping church, to get out on the river before the motors come out... It is still and beautifully warm. I'll let you know how it goes....
